Service d'Instruction et Mobilisation is set up as a non profit training and consultant company. We focus on leadership development and custom-made training for voluntary and non-profit organizations. Due to the needs in Mauritius, and because of our experience, we focus our attention of Christian churches and organizations on the island. This does not mean that other individuals and groups cannot benefit from our training, and they are welcome to contact us for further information. People who minister in voluntary and non-profit organizations often work under very stressful circumstances, as they try to help others in need. Through our teaching and equipping these people learn skills that will help them become more competent in what they do. As a result of this they can be more effective in their impact on society and play a constructive role in the development of Mauritius and its people. In various ways we help people to gain the experience and training they need to be more effective. Service d'Instruction et Mobilisation works in partnership with an international organization known as Serving in Mission. You can visit them at www.sim.org
